Because our products are handmade and customized based on your pet’s photos, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review your case and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-refundable items include:
